Patrick qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from the University of Ulster in Belfast in 1997, he has over 23 years experience working within private practice, prior to this he also gained many years experience working within the NHS. With a Masters degree in Back care management, Patrick is one of the most highly qualified physiotherapists in the West Midlands.

 

Patrick has worked with a variety of conditions, including catastrophic brain injuries, he has a keen interest in injury prevention, conditioning and rehabilitation, acute sporting injuries, long-term rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, stroke patients and many more.

Claire trained at the Salford School of Physiotherapy and qualified in 1995, she is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and has been working in private practice for over 23 years. With experience working for RNIB, supporting children with profound learning difficulties, running an early hospital discharge rehabilitation unit and working in a variety of homes and community settings, Claire's main interests are long-term rehabilitation, aquatic physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation and physiotherapy for elderly people.

 

Claire has a wide knowledge base and practical experience ranging from working with a GB Paralympic athlete to improve fitness and core strength to performing passive movements and stretches for bed bound residents of care homes.

Amanda Jones, Physiotherapy Assistant, 

Home Visits, Gym Instructor, Aquatic Physiotherapy

Amanda is our wonderful Physiotherapy Assistant. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and has completed both her Gym Instructor training and Aquatic Physiotherapy training. Previously Amanda has worked as a carer, for the ambulance service and on the Shropshire Falls Team so has a vast amount of experience working in the care environment. 

As part of her role Amanda supports people in their own homes following a physiotherapy rehabilitation program. She also provides a second pair of hands for our physiotherapists when additional support is required.

Paula Prusek - senior physiotherapist

Paula qualified as a physiotherapist in 2010 from the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnow, Poland. She then moved to the UK and in 2016 started working for Postural Health Ltd  as a physiotherapy assistant whilst waiting for recognition of her qualifications from the UK Health and Care Professions Council. Since gaining approval she has has worked for Postural Health as a highly valued chartered physiotherapist, initially in clinic working with musculoskeletal patients, but in 2025 she moved into the community role. When not treating patients Paula loves gardening and using natural therapies.

Alex Jones, Chartered Physiotherapist, BSc(Hons) MCSP
Sports Injuries, Rehabilitation and massage

Alex is a Chartered Physiotherapist based at our clinic within the Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis and Squash Club. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a bachelors in Physiotherapy and has experience working across both NHS and private practice settings.

He has a strong clinical interest in sports injury rehabilitation, hands-on musculoskeletal treatment, and massage therapy. He takes an evidence-based approach to treatment, with particular focus on bio-mechanics, movement quality, and progressive loading to help patients recover efficiently and reduce the risk of recurring injury. Alongside his musculoskeletal work, Alex has experience supporting patients in community and neurological rehabilitation, helping individuals improve mobility, independence, and confidence in everyday movement.

Outside the clinic, Alex is a high-performance cricketer and recreational sprinter, with strong proficiency in golf, tennis and padel. His personal involvement in sport provides valuable insight into the physical demands placed on the body, allowing him to deliver rehabilitation that is both practical and tailored to each individual’s goals, whether that is returning to sport or simply moving and feeling better in daily life.

Geoff Hall, Chartered Physiotherapist MSc, MCSP
Sports rehabilitation and exercise therapy

Geoff has a masters degree in physiotherapist with a background in Exercise and Health, and over 10 years' experience as a personal trainer and exercise instructor. He holds a British Weightlifting Level 3 Coaching Qualification, Level 3 GP Exercise Referral among others and is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Geoff is an advocate for functional exercise believing people of all ages should strength train, so they remain mobile, supple and confident into older age. Geoff specialises in performance-led rehabilitation, helping clients recover efficiently from injury or surgery and return stronger, more resilient and confident in their abilities. He uses a patient centred approach, creating a specific treatment plan to achieve personalised goals. Geoff's experience includes a wide range of patients ranging from bed bound, the elderly, people in their own homes and care homes to amateur and elite athletes.
