Elderly Care

Our Physiotherapists are able to visit elderly people in the comfort of their own homes or care home.

We provide advice, exercise's, and a professional general review, which brings peace of mind for families as well as confidence and independence for our patients. We are here to help manage reduced flexibility and movement.

Many people have joint replacements as they get older due to falls or arthritis. It is best to instruct a Physiotherapist to provide advice and muscle strengthening before surgery, as well as after, to maximise the benefits from the replacement joint.

We would recommend involving a Physiotherapist as soon as mobility starts to reduce, as we are able to assist in maintaining independence and quality of life, offering not only advice and exercises but also massage and pain relief suggestions.
